1. Purpose
2. Definitions
- Platform: The website and mobile application operated by Selparts.
- User: An individual or entity who agrees to these Terms and registers to use the Platform.
- Seller: A registered user who lists and sells auto parts through the Platform.
- Buyer: A registered user who purchases products via the Platform.
3. Effect and Modification of Terms
- These Terms take effect once a user agrees and completes the registration process.
- The Company may revise these Terms as necessary and will notify users in advance.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. User Registration and Management
- Users must complete the registration process truthfully.
- The Company may deny or restrict registration based on its internal policies (e.g., false information, legal violations).
- Users must update any changes to their personal or business information promptly.
5. Use of Services
- Users can search, buy, and/or sell auto parts through the Platform.
- The Company acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users.
6. User Obligations
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Impersonating another individual or entity
- Infringing intellectual property rights or violating applicable laws
- Using the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
7. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must provide accurate and complete product information.
- Misrepresentation, non-fulfillment, or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or legal action.
- The Company is not liable for product quality, delivery issues, or disputes, which are to be resolved between the seller and buyer.
8. Fees and Payments
- The Company may charge service fees, the details of which are provided separately.
- Sellers receive payment after the transaction is completed, minus any applicable service fees.
- Payment schedules and methods are managed by the Company's internal policy.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform belongs to the respective creators or the Company.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content is prohibited.
10. Account Termination and Withdrawal
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
- The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, user information will be deleted in accordance with relevant laws after a retention period.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from transactions between users.
- The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical failures, or maintenance.
12. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
13. Cancellation, Return & Dispute arbitration Policy
a. Cancellation
Buyers can request cancellation any time before the shipment.
- Seller must accept cancellation before the shipment.
- If Item is already in shipping buyer have to wait until the shipment.
- After shipment buyer cannot cancel item. Buyer can choose refund (full or partially refund) or return. In this case buyer and seller must agree each other.
b. Return
Buyers may request a return or open a case within 7 days from the date of shipment.
c. Return Process
Before initiating a return, the buyer and seller must consult with each other and agree on the return procedure.
d. Return Due to Product Defect
If the return is due to a defect in the product itself:
- The buyer ships the item at their own cost and notifies the seller.
- After the seller receives and inspects the returned item, the seller shall refund the full purchase amount, including the buyer's return shipping cost, without delay.
e. Return for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Incorrect Order, etc.)
If the return is for any reason other than product defect:
- The buyer ships the item at their own cost and notifies the seller.
- After the seller confirms that the returned item is in unused, resellable condition, the seller shall refund the original purchase amount excluding the original shipping cost.
- If the item has been used or installed, the seller reserves the right to deny the refund.
f. Dispute Arbitration
Buyer has right to open the case to solve the issue:
- Selparts will help buyer and seller to arbitration agreement
- Buyers and sellers must present all evidence without any falsehood.
- The seller and buyer must accept the result of the dispute arbitration.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

2. Seller Registration and Qualification
- To become a Seller, individuals or entities must submit accurate documents, including a business registration certificate and bank account information.
- Seller status is granted only upon the Company's approval.
- The Company reserves the right to deny or revoke seller privileges for false documentation, misconduct, or policy violations.
3. Product Listing and Management Responsibilities
- Sellers must provide truthful and accurate product information, including model numbers, condition, and vehicle compatibility.
- Sellers are responsible for inventory management, pricing, and image uploads.
- The sale of defective or used products without proper disclosure is strictly prohibited.
4. Shipping and Return Policy
- Sellers must fulfill orders within the designated shipping period and notify customers of any delays.
- In the event of return or refund requests, Sellers must cooperate with buyers in accordance with relevant laws and Platform policies.
- Failure to comply with returns or frequent delays may result in penalties.
5. Fees and Settlement
- The Company charges a commission fee, which may vary by category or seller tier.
- The Seller will receive payments after the deduction of applicable fees according to the Company's payout schedule.
- Fee structures and settlement policies are announced separately by the Company.
6. Prohibited or Restricted Products
The following items are prohibited from sale on the Platform:
- Counterfeit or intellectual property-infringing goods
- Uncertified or illegal products (e.g., non-certified HID lamps, modified exhaust systems)
- Explosives, hazardous materials, or any product banned under applicable laws
7. Customer Support and Responsibilities
- Sellers must respond promptly and sincerely to customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service (A/S) requests.
- Sellers bear full legal responsibility for issues arising from their transactions, and the Company shall not be held liable.
8. Penalties and Account Suspension
- The Company may take corrective actions such as warnings, product removal, account suspension, or contract termination in the event of policy violations.
- Repeated or serious violations may result in legal consequences, including civil or criminal liability.
9. Amendments to Terms
- The Company may revise these Terms as necessary and will provide prior notice.
- If a Seller does not agree with the revised Terms, they may terminate the agreement.
